Reality show pitch part 1 and 2

Synopsis:
For one year camera crews follow newly graduated Ben Braddock (a socially awkward and straight-edge mid-western boy) for his life after college. If Ben can find a job in his field of study and girlfriend (10 women chosen by producer) by the end of the season he will win $5 million plus expenses for a trip for two to Paris, France.

Over the course of the year Ben find finds himself with great difficulty getting a job and ends up having an affair with  his father's friend's wife then to his daughter.

Episode 1
Ben is introduced to the game and the women. He begins to getting to know three of the girls and must go on his first job interview and ends terribly.

Episode 2
Ben is far too awkward to approach any of the women and goes for his second job interview.  He does a little better, but still falls flat with conversation.

Episode 3
One of the older women shows an interest in Ben, who is still too awkward to handle being around her. On a day trip to New York City with the older woman Ben begins to loosen up.

Episode 4
Another interview goes badly when a now slightly rebellious Ben talks back to the CEO of the company he is applying for. The older woman manages to seduce Ben at the end.

Episode 5
Ben is out of control and highly unmotivated to go one any more job interviews. He begins to pretend to like the other women but keeps sleeping with the older one.

Episode 6
One of the other women manage to put Ben back on track and goes for another interview. He is manages to get scheduled for a second interview. Ben then falls for the woman who helped him out and realizes at the end that she is the daughter of the older woman.

Episode 7
Ben breaks things of with the older woman as he falls for her daughter.  The older woman forbids it to continue and threatens to out him to her if he doesn't break things off and choose her instead. Drama unfolds as Ben comes clean about sleeping with the other woman's mother. It get's so out of control both mother and daughter threaten to leave the show.
